I would appreciate a couple of answers to my couple of questions if you dont mind.

Im managing in the Blue Square North, and when I play my matches there are no match sounds. I can hear the refs whistle being blown, but apart from that there is complete silence. Is that correct? My attendences are approx 300, so is the game allowing for that, or should I be hearing some noise?

I was playing last night, and was 3 - 0 up with 15 mins to go when one of my players took a knock. I had made all my substitutions so was wondering if I can take him off the pitch, leaving me with 10 men, so he doesnt suffer more injury. If so, how do I do that?

1) The game adjusts the sound for the size of your crowd. If you turn your speakers up you should hear some crowd noise. After all these years I still think my speakers are broken when I play preseason friendlies

2) I don't think you can although the option would be nice in future versions.

As for the substitution, depending on the extent of the injury - you can attempt to make a 4th substitution. This will be denied, but you will be asked if you wish to remove him from the field of play.
