Error!

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to post this but move it if it's wrong! I just tried to load up FM 2010 on my laptop (it worked fine when I played a couple of days ago) and keep getting the error message: "Not well formed (invalid token) at line 1 of default.xml" I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling both with and without the 10.3 patch. When the patch is uninstalled the error pops up twice but then FM does load. When the patch is installed the error comes up loads of times (holding down enter takes about a minute to go through them all!) and FM does not load at the end. I was told that deleting the file default.xml and reinstalling would solve this but i cannot find it anywhere to delete!
