Does it have anything to do w/ your staff or is it solely based on the quality of the youth setup at the club? I think it has to do solely with the quality of youth setup and a lot to do with luck. In the last 7 years or so my academy hasn't produced anything decent and I have state of the art academy. Before that it produced 3 or 4 good players. Not amazing but good. That's what i figured, but I was considering an assman who had fairly crap youth development backroom advice and i just wanted to make sure it wouldn't negatively impact the youth setup Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Brose Posted July 22, 2010 Share Posted July 22, 2010 I had crap players every year until 1 fine year in which I had excellent youth setup and I got 2 decent (I hope) players.
