jod123 Posted July 21, 2010 Share Posted July 21, 2010 Could you do this first: Press the Windows button and the character "r" on your keyboard at the same time. In the window that appears type "dxdiag" without the quotes and click the ok button. A window will appear and in it click the save all information button. Then browse somewhere to save that.
