Could you do this first:


Press the Windows button and the character "r" on your keyboard at the same time.
In the window that appears type "dxdiag" without the quotes and click the ok button.
A window will appear and in it click the save all information button.
Then browse somewhere to save that.
Go to where you saved the file on your computer and open it.
The copy and paste the contents into a post in this thread.
