DivineOne
Yes, keep on winning ...
BenMRowe
And stay with them a fair while. No jotting off to better clubs.
DivineOne
Well, obviously you can't become a legend for a club you're not managing.
BenMRowe
No, I meant that two years of success isn't enough, irrespective of how good that success is, you need to be at the club for the long haul.
oranjeman
can you give me some rough time frames and a gauge of how successful you have to be?
THX1138
I'm at Tottenham and have won back to back Premier League title's, Defoe and Modric went from nothing to favoured then icon to legend in two years, while i've stayed at favoured. Now the only reason those two players have gotten to be legends is because of my system.
arsenal fan 123
I became Legend at arsenal after winning about 8 Titles in 8 seasons then my save messed up
Neopherus
It took me five seasons to become an Icon at Man Utd. So, yeah. Takes a while
DivineOne
5 seasons to become an Icon is actually pretty fast.

England4Ever
it has taken 6 Season as manager of Leeds United to become an icon at the club, winning 1 European Champions Cup, 2 Premier Leagues and 2 Fa Cups as well as a few other cups in that time, so yeah... you need to be there a while even with plenty of success. Crazy Billy-Jay Jones
I was at Southampton for 9 1/2 seasons, took them from the bottom of League One to 6th in the Premier League winning the JPT, League One title and League Cup along the way as well as making an FA Cup final appearance and qualifying for Europe 3 consecutive seasons. I was only ever listed as favoured personnel. I still am actually despite having moved on. I guess it all depends which club you're at and what qualifies as "success" for that club. Two minor trophies and a few games in Europe wouldn't have got me anywhere with Man United or Chelsea.
clubgaz
5 years for me at saint ettiene, but had to win the double and get to champions league final
tcoleman1
I have been at Plymouth 5 years won promotion to the PL and survived in 15th (predicted 20th) in the first season and I'm not even on the faovured personel. Tom Dickinson a regen right winger is on the favoured list despite the fact he has only played 4 or 5 good games

jasonboyacmilan
I'm a legend at Milan, 12 seasons, won 10 Leagues, 3 Champions and other trophies. As far as I remember i became a legend in my 8th or 9th season.
teej9
I became a legend at De Graafschap after 5 years having gone from jupiler league to three straight eredivise titles. Moved to Spurs and it took around eight years there.
PJHoutman88
It seems to be directly linked to trophies, rather than success. I got my San Marino side from Serie C2 to Serie A but haven't won any trophies and been there eight season, I'm not even favoured personnel.
toon army 06
i got at at souhport i have been there 22 years i took them all the way to the prem i have won that twice and i won the champions league and league club last season.then i got legend status thats my first cup wins that are not 1 of the lower league cups. absolutelylloyd
As cambridge manager I have got them up to the Prem in 6 years and I'm not even on favoured personell!
Chalky1989
Took me 6 seasons of winning almost everything with Liverpool to become a legend. Stayed for another 2, stayed a legend when I left the club. Though I'm only favoured personnel at Spurs right now. My time will come.
Neopherus
6 months after becoming Icon, I won the World club Championship for the third time in a row and became Legend
dave byrd
I become a legend with Oxford after winning the treble (premiership, Europa League and Carling Cup) in the same season. Before that i was just favoured personal even after getting into the premiership.
DivineOne
winning the treble (premiership, Europa League and Carling Cup) in the same season. A treble is always in the same season .
Milldem
I was at Southampton for 9 1/2 seasons, took them from the bottom of League One to 6th in the Premier League winning the JPT, League One title and League Cup along the way as well as making an FA Cup final appearance and qualifying for Europe 3 consecutive seasons. I'm in my 10th season as Southampton boss, won League 1, the JPT, The Championship, just won back to back Premier League titles, lost in the FA Cup and Champions League final's last year - and I'm not even favoured!
