Oliv3r P
man city, i just started with them even though im a united fan...but its just a new challenge, i recently played as spurs for a couple of seasons i think champions league contenders are the best "neutral" challenges
ArsenalFan7
Arsenal for a big club. Sunderland for a smaller club in the EPL. Arsenal are my first option though.. Man City is too easy.

brambleten
Stoke - try and keep the Tall and Strong look whilst actually winning things
oranjeman
Sunderland good team with lots of potential. With some hard work and good decisions in regards to signings etc could make them world beaters in 5-6 seasons
BigCisHere
Aston Villa. Good squad filled with young players. Limited finances. Can you take that 4th spot ahead of the considerably richer and more appealing teams like Spurs and Man City?
-SL
Blackburn. Add some quality to a fitness based squad. Revitalise the squad with youth and pace. Villa is a good game aswell.

JimbobWWFC
Sunderland. Only because on my game they were a close second for the whole of the 2011-12 season, and ended up finishing 3rd. Sounds like they can achieve some good things in the near future. Even though they're not on the list, I'd also recommend Everton playing with 4-4-1-
Dafydd XXX-rated
Wolves. Brilliant and under rated squad and they give you a bucket load of transfer budget if you finish your first season well
DJJOEYT
Blackpool ! with the right 4-3-3 tactic you CAN get them into the play-offs on that infamous shoe string budget - but from the list , arsenal
