Link for Patch 10.2

I can't seem to find one that downloads at a good speed.

The torrent links from the FM website don't work, and the direct link leads to 10.3. The only one that does work is the alternative, and that's the one that is slow (getting approx 30kb/s when I usually download at several MB/s).

Any links or if someone could upload it and share it? I'm looking for the PC boxed version.
