Mightyowl28 Posted July 17, 2010 Share Posted July 17, 2010 Hello, I've spent a few hours knocking up an up to date changes file for my own personal use and then thought Id share it with the community until Dec and his team release theirs (A lot of credit to Dec et al as it is based in his May 31st Update). It is more or less up to date but I have mainly concentrated on english transfers, I've included a few big european transfers, and I couldnt get some of the managerial changes to work for the life of me so..
