sainter
Hi, im sure there is already a thread on this but I can't find it... I've started a game in Spain in the liga BBVA, and ive had a bit of an injury crisis. Ive found it a bit annoying that i cant freely send 1st team players to play in the 'b' team to get their match fitness up once they've recovered from their injury, like you can do in the EPL. Is there any way around this??
sainter
sorry to bump, but could anyone give me answer? thanks
oranjeman
I dont think there is sorry.... because the reserve teams are like seperate clubs, consider them as feeder clubs to the the first team... (its a silly concept and the reason why i dont manage clubs in spain) i remember a few years back Castilla (real madrids b team/reserves) were in the Liga Adelante and werent eligible to be promoted even if they won the league due to Real Madrid being in the BBVA
robertcornell68
If I'm in a league without reserve fixtures, I arrange a series of friendlies (2 per month) against minor teams or other reserve sides. The quality is poor but it's fine for keeping fitness levels up.
