khriztian
I got a player than in less than a year has become a favored personnel of half my squad, I wonder why that happens? He is not the best player of the team and he has not saved my team from relegation nor making it win something.
jod123
Their personality is probably the biggest factor like in reality.
Trents
Yep, you can't really train someone to be popular. One of the natural things
Dekker2
I generally find that "light-hearted", "spirited", and "leader" personalities make friends easily. Players with a "light-hearted" personality have a good temperament attribute, as, IIRC, do players with "spirited" personality - I think this is what makes players likeable. Sportsmanship, teamwork, influence could have an effect also - but I'm just speculating. I think scoring important goals, saving team from relegation etc. is more important for your club favoured personnel/icons/legends lists, rather than making someone popular amongst the squad. TheRyGuy
I find its mainly just players who have a really good game, for example score 4 goals against a rival, that puts them on the players' favored personnel list
Leaf_Fan_85
Del Piero is favoured by everyone. Mind you he is the club captain and has been a mentor to most of the youths, but even the academy kids love him to death out the gate.
