The board confidence screen is split into 4 catagories, the bottom one is squad harmony, hover your mouse over the harmony green bar for a few seconds and a percentage for harmony will appear. -SL Posted July 12, 2010 Share Posted July 12, 2010 I seem to have it under control now, used to be a problem but since I've become a fan of possesing a small squad with a few backup players held in reserve squad I never have any trouble.
