Eme Alberta
I'm finally going to get a new computer (laptop) and need a little help getting what I want. I generally use the inernet and word and a little multimeia work. Obviously I play football manager too and this is what I'd like to check. What should I be looking for? Proessor speed and make? RAM and general memory? Graphics card? I asked a few months back and the dicussion got very technical so if anybody has recently bougt a computer and could recommend it, or alternatively explain what I need in simple terms that'd be great. I've got a maximum budget of £500 and generally play about 6 countries and 8-10 leagues. Cheers in advance
Eme Alberta
Perhaps a wee simple bit of advice with what to look for?
edgar555
I'm not very techy but in this thread is the laptop I got recently and its doing just fine with FM. Edit: stupid new forum made me lose the link. I'll find it again in a bit. Sorry dude.
gio
You'll want around 4GB of Ram, I'd recommend one of the new Intel i-series processors (i3, i5, i7) and a dedicated graphics card (basically avoid a laptop that says "integrated graphics"). Hope that helps. I just bought a Sony Vaio E-series. Pretty good value.
