SWaRFeGa
Got a promising centre-back at my club. Last season he was the new Sol Campbell, now he's suddenly the new Terry Butcher. Make your mind up! Anyway, this makes me wonder how these particular media comparison names come about. Is it due to their stats? ie. heading tackling, marking (in this instance) My assistant informs me that "[player] has declined slightly as a footballer over the last three months". Which leads me to believe that Terry Butcher is not as good as Sol Campbell! Fair enough
canvey!!
Yes, I think it's the higher level of certain stats in relation to other stats, along with a similar PA and same position.
Neji
I've never known the answer to this but I always assumed it was his stats and where the good ones are. So it may just mean that some stats have changed either up or down but I'm speculating here.
