ronaldo_rooney
Cesc Fabregas's contract is due to expire in less than 2 months. He is "Considering his options" and "Wants to be transfer listed" and is very interested in joining my team. For some reason I cannot offer a contract to him  Is there a new rule whereby you can only offer contracts during the transfer window or something? I don't want to miss out on this bargain
BathPalace
If you are an English club you can only offer contracts to player at a different English club one month before it is due to expire. Outside it's 6 months before.
