wazza
I wondered but didnt know if it was true that all regens are different in each individual players game. For example I have an excellent regen called Will Williamson who scores loads of goals. Would he be a regen in other peoples games on this forumand have exactly the same ratings or not. If it is not the case there is no point in looking at the forum for regens for me to scout as they may not exist on my game. I am assuming that is correct? arsenalboy
Newgens are completely different in each new save. You may get a player with the same name as someone elses but it's very unlikely they'll have the same stats.
NepentheZ
Regens aren't unique players. Newgens are. IIRC, Newgens came about in FM06, maybe FM07. But in short, yes, all the newly regenerated players you see, are completely unique to your game.
Luckz
Except that we call "newgens" "regens", I guess.
swisso
I remember the old days when you could see who the 'regen' was based on You'd have 'recycled' players created using say, Rivaldo's attributes.
