FM11 Idea

I think it would be a good instead when your at another club you dont get the manager's job straight away and if your chairman refuses permission to speak to the club you just resign and go to that club if they still want you. Where as if your chairman gives you permission to speak to them you have an interview and then you get the news item if they want you of negotating your contract. You would get a news item of if you accept the manager how much your former club gets in compensation. Who thinks this is a good idea?

I like your idea there. I would like the option of being able to negotiate when you will take over as well rather than the i'll join at the end of the season a few months before the season actually finishes. I'd also like to see more AI managers doing this as well.
