Chalky1989 Posted June 30, 2010 Share Posted June 30, 2010 On my game in 2031, after I resigned as England boss(2028), a recently retired English regen, who had a middling career got the job. He's doing a great job as it happens, but it was still an odd appointment. Also in the same game, when I left the Liverpool job(2029), a recently retired regen who had a fairly good playing career, but no previous connection to Liverpool, got the job. Again, he's doing well(got the new stadium I wanted for 8 years named after him! The swine!), but I doubt they'd have appointed him if the game was being realistic.
