How to get players to just make an 'assist' instead of trying to score ??

Back in the days when I played CM4, I quite happily gave no one other than my main striker (Todorov) a bonus for scoring a goal (I also made him the only person not to profit from an assist) so that if he had the ball, he would shoot rather than pass to someone else. And it was visible on many occasions to actually see this behaviour happening, as clean through on goal, an 'assister' would pass it to Todorov instead so that the 'assister' could get his bonus.

On FM2010, there is no option for an assist as a bonus, so how to make the midfielders who are lower quality at shooting etc, give the ball instead to someone who is ??

Also, have noticed that a vital part of a contract irl, is just not in the game (or I haven't seen it so far in my save). A match win bonus. Surely this should be added to any future FM's, coding required is absolutely minimal.
