am in july my chairman is looking to leave will a tycoon make another by at least the end of augest.

Not necessary a Tycoon. I mean it COULD be a tycoon, but in my experience, there is much more of a chance of being taken over by another member of the board, or another consortium.

No, takeovers often take far longer than that. Sometimes they collapse at the last minute and you have to wait for someone else to take you over.

Yes, someone may make a bid but it could take a while i.e. a few months before any takeover is completed and for you have a new chairman.

And even if a tycoon makes a bid, they may not complete the takeover as it could collapse as could any takeover so the chance of you having a new chairman by the end of August are slim although not impossible.
