Is there a way that you can veiw the regens of a specific country, or a way that you can see the new intake of youth playes at the end/begining of a season?

Player search and filter by age

You can view the intake of new youth players from any club. Just go to the club you want, then go to the transfers, then click on history, and on the right hand side there's a button to select which type of transfers you can view, choose Youth, and it you'll see the batch of regens that club received.

to the OP there is a list somewhere that states the do regens appear in any country.

Several ways

Use this thread and create a note (Notebook on the menubar) for say, Italy, with the reminder date as 30th June and set to yearly. You'll then receive a message in your Inbox on that date, reminding you to scout Italy. Send your Scout over there and filter his player search for players age <16.

On the 30th June, use the Player Search screen to filter all Italians aged <16. Beware, they will have no value for the first few days, so do not filter by value. Use Multi-select and right click over the players and choose 'Scout' from the options that appear. I also sort by attributes, so i can see if theres any special regens who have a high Current Ability for their age. This method depends on your Scouting Knowledge, if your club has limited knowledge of Italy, fewer unknown players will appear.

The last way which has been mentioned, is to manually move from club to club and either view their Under 19 squads and select all 'Yth' contract players and scout, or view their Youth Intake.
