International staff

How do you go about hiring international staff?

I've recently taken over Paraguay and cant appoint an assistant, I've approached unemployed assistants and they all turn me down, even my own coaching staff turn me down and I'm there favoured personell! There is no search function when looking for staff. What am I supposed to do?

How important is it to have an assistant and coaches if managing an international team?

I don't think they do alot, as the players only train with the squad for a week or two a year. Ass man just advises and makes things quicker, so not essential if you like to do things yourself.

it does my head in this i managed Italy not long ago and every single person i appraoched said they didnt want to come even though they were italian and loved me...so frustrating, surely people wouldnt turn down their nation for the sort of money i was offering!

Use the job centre and place an advert.

Place an advert in the job centre like Cougar said.

Their only role in the game though is scouting the opposition and players you can call up. The assistant manager also suggests an international squad when you have to call one up.
