Well I would say that some of the leagues are causing the problem. How many editor data files are you using?

They can conflict with each other or some individual ones may be not working properly.

Try disabling them and then adding them one by one until you find the one or the ones that are causing the problem.

How much ram do you have? Do you have anything running at the same time as fm? You could perhaps try using gamebooster. This is a small utility that will temporarily disable any non essential processes that windows (I am assuming your a pc user!) load at startup. If you have a virus scanner you should make sure that it is setup to ignore any fm folders as this can sometimes cause issues if its scanning when the game is running.
