SeanKB
What training schedules does everyone use? What training do you apply for each one?
Eles Gergo
I usually hire very good coaches and let them do their job If you want specifics go look http://community.sigames.com/forumdisplay.php?f=
pelicanstuff
I generally use common sense mainly - keeping the intensity pretty much the same but taking away a bit of shooting training for defenders in favour of defending & tactics, taking away a bit of defending training for strikers in favour of shooting & tactics, and so forth. Bear in mind Set Pieces includes crossing, so you will want your wingers and full backs to do a decent amount of this even if they're not your regular set piece takers. SFraser
Quite possibly the most important factor to take into account when designing schedules is the Age of the player. Different groups of attributes improve and decline at different rates at different ages so the outcome of a schedule for a 20 year old will be different to the same schedule for a 25 year old which will be different for the same schedule for a 30 year old. What changes is common sense. Physicals are harder to improve in older players with mentals harder to improve in youngsters. So long as you know this you can design away happilly.
