Are you able to see what the assistant thinks the formation should be

dont think you can see what he`s going to select for the games he`s in charge of but somewhere on his profile screen it will say what his preferred formation and tactics are

if you holiday over a game, and make sure, you dont have "ue current tactics ticked. you should be able to see, if not on your tactics screen, then if you go back to view the match afterwards

Maybe it was just a coincidence but I noticed the last couple of times during preseason friendlies which I let assistant manage, that the formation he used was the same as the formation I used. I didn't really look too much into it though.

When you begin a seson, he suggests 3 formations tht he feels you should use.....
