I am manager of Real Madrid for 4 seasons and have been winning everything in sight. since the end of the second season, i have some senior players who commented that they are worried about managerial indiscipline. Now into the 4th season, almost 1/3 of my squad have the same concern... how to i appease my squad? the morale of the whole squad is still superb but they have this pressing concern pls help!!! J.Eades Posted June 18, 2010 Share Posted June 18, 2010 Sounds like you haven't been disciplining players for their infractions (no shows to training, sending offs etc). I think the only way to get them to stop worrying is to give someone a fair punishment for the next offence. Too hard and they'll moan about unfair treatment, too soft and they'll worry about indiscipline. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
