Specific player marking?

Is there any other way to specifically set one of my players to mark a certain player without doing it through 'Touchline instructions > Shortcuts'

I usually go all the way back to the tactics screen. Although if I assign all 10 of my outfield players to a Specific my game gets one of those repeatable Array errors that you have to spam the enter Key through

Would like to know if there's a more convenient way of doing this, too, as I like to do it with my center halves and wide players (so they aren't unnecessarily double teaming wingers/fullbacks and creating space in the process)
