Very Wierd Problem - £0 Transfer Budget EVERY TEAM

Right, i started a new FM10 save, went on the game and i had £0 transfer budget with a regular wage budget, however no matter what team i use i start with a £0 transfer budget...

Now i thought that was wierd, i have previously used FMRTE so guessing its something to do with that?

Anyway, uninstalled, reinstalled, put back on 10.3, but yet again as soon as i start i have a £0 budget with every team!

Anyone else seen something like this? :confused:

No its checked mate, i was messing around with the budgets on FMRTE and thinkin i might have ****ed something, i use my own edited databases too Wanted to see if it was common before i try deleting them all and using default

It needs to be unchecked that box.
