Maybe it's one of those things where everything has to be "right" for it to come up. Lack of first team football, player demands more game time, manager turns it down (twice I think I did). Maybe needs to have been at the club a while? I had Shackell for 4 seasons. Or maybe it's completely random... Anyone experieneced a "yes" before (or even seen one)?
