I am currently Rangers manager and Kenny McDowell gives me the Backroom Advice. In the bottom right hand corner I get a tactical rating from him of 10. I was thinking that if I can get a better coach with higher ratings to do my backroom advice I would get better more accurate info. Now that I have the coaches I want is there away to change Kenny fom doing the advice and have one of my newer better coaches do it instead??
