jameswing
Currently you can manage Club First Teams and all international levels (first team, U21's, U20's, U19's). I would like to see reserve and youth teams available to manage if the league is present. e.g. if the country is loaded and this league is competed in real life. This would be a different way to start a career in FM if you are looking at starting at lower reputation. Further to this a lot of current managers started in the reserves/youth of bigger teams, e.g. Fabio Capello at Milan, an so is a realistic movement to a big club. Not sure on demand for this but could be a nice addition?

Hellcattt
I'm sure you can manage reserve or "B" teams. When i started my save, i was approached by Villareall "B".
Blanchflower1
This is indeed a great idea. I hope SI considers it!

I think the B teams in Spain work slightly differently to other countries (in FM I mean).
