the processor is poor.. id be worried about the motherboard with a capacity of 4 gig ram aswell..

and if you could only stretch that budget to another 100 notes or so.. you could get a great mid to good range base unit which will be upgradable when funds are there aswell...

check out Mesh, pcspecialist etc... they are both great, trustworthy companies who provide quality units

HaHaHa!! Mesh? Dinnae be daft man!! I'm a PC Engineer. What you've got is ample enough. However, i do agree with him that if you had put an extra £100 or so you will have a far better and reliable machine. Try AMD chips, cannae knock em'

Still, good spec for the bucks as to what you have mentioned.

STAY AWAY FROM MESH!! Lol. No offence to be taking ;)

Completely agree, Mesh are overated and I know half a dozen people who have bought PCs from them in the past and 5 have had no end of problems.

Also, in this case I agree with you about going with an AMD chip, if you look at their performance out of the box versus their value they are better than Intel chips in my opinion, Intels come into their own once you start playing with serious money or if you are competant enough to overclock it yourself.

As for that PC, it would probably struggle with the game due to the lack of RAM and the integrated graphics may not be good enough to run 3d.

completely disagree... mesh and pcspecialist have been nothing but brilliant for pre built systems... cant think of any better at all...

clearly amd is the way to go right now... cheaper and their build quality are great right now.. and easily overclockable if thats your thing...

personally... rather than slate peoples advice , id simply suggest you look around and look at as much feedback on these sites you can.. and ignore people who claim ' im an expert' .. its elitist and only an opinion tbh..

i will say this though , of the 20 -30 systems ive bought , upgraded, fixed and ripped apart from those two companies.. ive seen nothing but top build quality, components and value for money.

either way...

try arbico aswell.. they're doing alright these days too

I'm no slating you at all, it's just i've had countless and countless MESH PC's and they all are garbage. If you havn't had any problems with them, then your one of the lucky ones! Lol
