stemlfc Posted June 9, 2010 Share Posted June 9, 2010 I like to have a second opinion on things and when the current assistant manager thinks that you should be playing a defensive midfielder as an AMC, it's time to change. I have put them in the order of importance, in my opinion. But that will vary with the level your managing at. At least that's what I look for when hiring an assistant manager. Make sure to check media handling style as well, especially if you let your assman hold press conferences. You can't have him being hostile, or fatalistic in press conferences, it will wreck your team at worst, or just make some of your players dislike him.
