If its negative like, "some way short of operating as a unit" then thats poor, to "strong understanding" and even above that. It is there, its just written rather than a number. I prefer it that way because in real life, a manager can go "hmmm we have a strong team spirit and understanding", rather than going "I give a 5 for team gelling".
