Can you set a team selection for youth team/under 20's without controlling the team?

I know you can tick a box telling your coach to use the set tactics, but can you select the team you want to play as you can when you go on holiday? I dont want to manage the under 20's, I just want to ensure that certain players play in the positions I want them to.

I dont think there is, but it would be a good idea to be able to suggest to your youth coaches some players you want to play and for how long, ie a first team player coming back from injury, tell them to give him 45 mins, or play a player your training up to play in a certain position
