B4L Posted June 1, 2010 Share Posted June 1, 2010 It's a good review of the player I'd say. If memory serves it's usually given for 2.5 to 3ish star players. Basically it means that while there might be better options out there the player will most likely be able to fill a role at the club. Or so I've interpreted it anyways ...
