Idea - Varied people on transfer list

It gets a bit boring to see the same people on the transfer list at the start of the game. Would there be any chance that there could be say a little more variation in these players?

It's based on reputation. Whilst it does vary a bit, they will often be the same.

It's just boring, you see the same transfer listed players game after game.

seeing as the when you first start the game it reflects real life (players/staff at right clubs, teams in correct leagues.......), most of these players are probably transfer listed or would be allowed to leave IRL anyway.

For me it is not an issue at all since I've only started one game.

One option would be to start the game without transfers in the first window, things would possibly more mixed up during the 6 months until the next window.

In addition to this that you could put a transfer embargo on the big teams, or whatever other teams you want, and do that maybe for the first season and then the players would probably be more varied in the 2nd season.
