Trouble between two players..

What can I do for this two players , they are both key players :

A thread yesterday was about exactly the same thing.

Solution to that problem all agreed on was mass murder on the 2 of em´.

LOL at above and i would just give them a fine as you gotta show that the team is more important and they might actually respect your desicsion some times

There are a couple of options here, there is the keeping them together method which involves trying to allay both of their fears, generally a small contract extension to each of them, a couple of praising in the media or asking them for players they would suggest. If this doesn't work then you are going to have to replace one, so go through the team and see how the factions line-up, generally when there is a split like this you can tell which players fall where, and get rid of the one with the least support so long as you can replace him.

Just look to the Personal menu of 2 players. Next to the Poor relationships, it should either say "Dislikes Maxi Rodriguez." in Damien Le Tallec's Personal menu, or "Dislikes Damien Le Tallec." in Maxi Rodriguez's Personal menu. You offer a new contract to the one having this statement and then problem is solved. Troubles are because of the wage difference between two similar players. You can apply this method in all similar cases.
