Ex-player backroom staff

I love getting backroom staff of favorite ex-players like this:

There are a few ex-players I would of gone for but due to the team I am I coulnt get them, either way Im happy with these.

Does anyone else sack all the staff and do this?

I tend to go for ex-players alot

But the problem is, 99% of the time, they will only have average ability

wow theres some real blasts from the past there

never tried to do this myself but it looks an interesting way to play the game. I did have robbie fowler express his interest in becoming a scout for me the other day

They are pretty average at the moment, but they will improve over the next few seasons

Not if there PA is anything to go by

that 99% of ex-players tend to have a max of 130PA, which is practically already reached when they retire from playing

Dont look at PA or anything, but noticed in my last game, most of the guys I had reached about 3.5-4 stars
