Blending players into the team

I've got a couple of players who are struggling to blend into the squad... Does anyone know how I can fix this?

If they are young, have a seasoned pro tutoring them sometimes helps

What if their already a seasoned pro like messi?

Nothing will help and your squad will collapse into very poor harmony, bet ya.

How long have they been there, do they speak the correct language?

Lmao the overall squad harmony is good and that two players who are struggling to blend I've had for at least 3-4 seasons and their performance is outstanding ... But every game my assisant manager says their still struggling to blend into the team... could it be because of their personalities?

Could be check their personality against the squad one, it should also mention it on the player report screen

I guess it could be the language... I can edit their languages right?

Yeah I checked the languages they both speak English... So I'm at a loss for what it could be

Squad personality: ultra professional

player personality: model professional

This game is sometimes worse then kindergarten and The Sims + Barbra Streisand put together.

I have had this with a couple of my own players. As long as they are still playing well enough for me i usually just ignore it and it goeas away eventually.
