Singing coaches to national sides

Hi

I'm having a wee bit of a problem in getting a coach for my Uruguay side. I have just taken them over after their manager left after Copa America 2011 and have so far only been able to sign a Under 20 manager (who is crap) and a coach, with the assistant i kept on.

But everyone else declines me - does anyone know a good way to search for coachs for national sides - i have tried even getting the worst reputation people and all decline the job offer. im unable to place an advert (surely that should be updated for next time?) I'm still on 7.0.1. as i started this game a while a go.

Its just a bit frustrating as ther are only 55 player i can see on my player search so i need to get my scouts out there and finding me more elidgeable players any tips? i cant use me own scouts to do tis as i am restricted to european scouting -.

Personally I have trouble with the falsetto's not hitting the right notes at the back so singing coaches should be included .

Seriously, not sure there's much you can do about other than get your reputation up by winning things.

Presumably you're still managing a club side - your club coaches will join your international management team for free

If you place an advert for coaches for your club team, you can then offer these applicants a job for your international team.

offer you club coaches job with uruguay i did and try looking for staff with you as favorite personel.
