Anyway Im looking for a tactic that will gain me promotion! I have tried the Bugels 4-3-3 and that has failed on me, I think it only works with the better teams in the league like Luton and Oxford. Does anyone find that if you don't use any subs during a game you get better results? And if you holiday through a month you'd be lucky to win 1 game?
