I mean like i know 190 is world class but can some just have a scale so i can work out how it works please?

Well, the problem is that CA and PA aren't really that good a guide to how good a player is. What matters is attributes, and more specifically, the correct attributes for his role/position. While CA might tell you roughly how high the players attributes are overall, it doesn't tell you how high the ones that matter are. I've had plenty of players who are better than others with CA's 20-30 higher, purely cos the latter have attributes in the wrong places.

In the same way, PA is more of a guide to how much the player can improve from his current level (by looking at the CA/PA difference) that a guide to how good he'll end up.

190 or above is "best few in the world", 160 or above is world class, 140 is John O'Shea, 130 is "extremely good Championship player (e.g. Sigurdsson, Dorrans)", 120 is "very good Championship player", 110 is very good League 1/solid Championship player... you get the picture.
