uae4life Posted May 20, 2010 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Assistant shouldn't decide on which players are interested, instead, technical directors or sporting directors or whatever should decide. Main reason, when u sack ur assistant all players and staff show on your player search screen and you cant filter out players by "interested to join" box. So in conclusion, to avoid such a problem, let the director of blabla decide on who is a suitable target just like real life. This can be implemented in FM 2011. Goodbye. Slawbawn Posted May 20, 2010 Share Posted May 20, 2010 Not all clubs have a director of football....and along with that, not all board members are football savvy, some are just in it for the money and don't have the first idea about footballing ability.
