Its comparable with our earlier CM01-02 style game really but with proper 2d visuals. Players do have potential and ability which improves over time realistically as you'd expect - the 'source' database for the iPhone game is actually the PC game database so expect things to be as realistic from an 'assessment' perspective as on that product.
