If you look on each players profile pages in the 'personal' section that'll explain why they're unhappy which will probably help you understand what can be done about things. and also how my wage budget hasnt increased? How did you get on in the first season ? - the budget size is normally based on club expectations and performance (along with adjustments for the size of club and attitude of the board).
