Problem FM10 in Win7

Hi all. I am new on this forum, and I have a problem with FM10.

I have Win 7, and after I installed FM10, the game don't want to start, and is giving a error :

Yes, try one or both of the following:

1 - If you have the Windows 7 installation disk, boot it up and use the option to "Repair" installation (this is NOT the same as re-installing Windows, so you won't lose anything).

2 - If you don't have the disk (or the above didn't fix the problem), Load a restore point.

If none of the above works, I'm afraid my knowledge isn't enough to help you.

Try updating both java and directx and installing the correct graphic card drivers for window7.
