Man city players lost faith

Im man city 9 games in and im 13 in the league, on 13 points, only lost 2 games. I keep on drwing games draw 4.Robinho has said we are underachiving and has lost faith in me, and 4 other players have also. How do i get them on track and wantin to win games, i take the lead in games in then end up drawin the game, hope somebody can help.

Make sure you pick players with good morale. It can be crippling if your best player is suffering a lack of confidence (or is just genrally po'd). You should make sure you have a player who is almost as good as him. If not, bring in a new ass man to with high man mnagment. A change is generally good.

There are a lot of factors. Team talks, training, team selection and morale will all have an effect. Ultimately you just need to win to get going again. Its a vicious cycle.

Sell Robinho, he's pretty poor tbh. You can't do anything but play through it. You'll get a win sooner or later and their morale will go up.

just win games.. arrange friendlies for your first team in the middle of the season to improve morale..
