Craigoh Posted May 30, 2008 Share Posted May 30, 2008 i want to sign staff but the only option they give me is an immediatte transfer. because the staff im targeting have already got contracts i have to pay big bucks in compensation... why cant i opt to sign the staff member when his contract is set to end... please help!!
