Youth CA/PA

Editing some of the youth players. What does a -8, -9, etc.. Mean for youth players? What would you put if you want them to have top potential?

PA has a max of 200. The negative numbers indicate a range for their PA to fall in. -10 has a max PA of 200, but you could also end up with something as low as a 170 if I recall correctly. Try searching for the exact numbers...I believe there's a 10 point overlap for each negative number (I believe a -9 can go all the way up to a 180, but I might be wrong.)

So, you can either enter an exact number (1-200) or a specific range (-1 to -10) if you want a bit more randomness.
